Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Institute of Pharmacy organized a National Seminar on Regulatory Affairs on “Current Insights in Regulations of Biotherapeutics” on 31th August 2019. Dr. Rustom Mody, Sr. Vice President & Head, R & D, Lupin Ltd., Pune was the Chief Guest in the Inaugural programme. Dr. Anand Bhadalkar, Joint Director, GSBTM, Gandhinagar graced the function as Guest of Honour. Dr. BobbyGeorge (Vice President & Head Regulatory Affairs, Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai) Dr. Pranjal Bordoloi (Vice President – Clinical, Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, Veeda Clinical Research, Ahmedabad), Dr. Parva Purohit (Sr. Vice President R&D, Kashiv Biosciences, Ahmedabad) Dr. Krishna Menon (Senior Scientist, Global Biologics, United States Pharmacopeia, Hyderabad) delivered plenary lectures during scientific sessions. About 45 participants from various institutes of Gujarat participated in the seminar and presented posters on the theme of the seminar.
