We are delighted to share that on 4th December 2024, Dr. Manish Sharma, Pharmacokinetic Research Associate at Charles River Laboratories, Michigan, USA, delivered an inspiring Alumni Lecture for the postgraduate students at the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, Ahmedabad.
The session, titled “Characterization of Degradation Products, Metabolites, Preclinical ADME, and Pharmacokinetics Study of Small Molecules using LC-MS/MS,” took students on an engaging journey into the cutting-edge applications of LC-MS/MS in analytical chemistry and pharmacokinetics.
Dr. Manish detailed the principles and methodologies of LC-MS/MS for detecting metabolites of anabolic steroids, while also shedding light on advanced techniques for characterizing degradation products and metabolites. The discussion extended to exciting research trends in the field, offering valuable insights to students.
