The Institute of Pharmacy at Nirma University hosted an insightful Self-Defense Workshop on 23rd January 2025, exclusively for its undergraduate and postgraduate girl students. Conducted by Mr. Rushiraj Jaiswal from the Rushiraj Karate Kungfu Federation, Ahmedabad, the workshop was a part of the Women Development Cell (WDC) initiative aimed at promoting safety and empowering young women. 💪✨
