The Institute of Pharmacy Nirma University Alumni Association (IPNUAA) proudly hosted its Annual Alumni Meet on January 26, 2025 (Sunday) at the Nirma University Campus, marking a remarkable gathering embodying camaraderie and excellence. Over 100+ distinguished alumni, representing the BPharm, MPharm, and PhD programs from India and abroad, graced the event, coming together to relive cherished memories of their college days and reconnect with batchmates, faculty, juniors, and seniors.
In a heartfelt gesture, the NSS student volunteers organized a Health Check-up Camp for the alumni, offering screenings for BMI, Blood Pressure, and Glucose Levels. This reflects the institution’s commitment to holistic well-being.
The formal gathering commenced with Dr. Dhaivat Parikh (Vice President – IPNUAA), who eloquently highlighted the numerous initiatives of the Alumni Association, lauding the alumni for their invaluable contributions to the pharmacy profession and their continued support of the institute.
Prof. Dr. Gopal Natesan (Director – IPNU, and President – IPNUAA) shared his inspiring vision for the future of IPNU, emphasizing the importance of strengthening Industry-Institute collaborations. He also presented a comprehensive overview of the institute’s annual progress and notable achievements, underscoring the institution’s commitment to excellence.
In an emotional exchange, several alumni members took the floor to express their deep gratitude and pride in being part of the IPNU family, recalling fond memories and significant milestones from their time at the institution.
Dr. Nrupesh Patel (Secretary – IPNUAA) extended heartfelt thanks to all alumni, members, volunteers, and staff for their collective efforts in making the event an overwhelming success.
As a token of appreciation, every alumnus received a thoughtfully designed, photo-printed mug as a souvenir, while group photographs were taken to immortalize the essence of this memorable gathering. The event concluded on a high note with a delightful lunch, bringing an end to a day filled with joy, reflection, and renewed connections.
