Dr. Priti Mehta, Professor of Pharmaceutical Analysis at the Institute of Pharmacy, was invited to deliver a scientific talk on “Pharmaceutical Experiments in Microgravity Environment” at the SAMHITA Brainstorming Space Science Meeting, held on 5–6 May 2025 at SAC-ISRO, Ahmedabad.
She highlighted cutting-edge research on drug crystallization and antibiotic development in microgravity, and addressed the stability challenges of space medicine during long-duration missions.
The event brought together leading experts to explore collaborative opportunities and chart future directions in space science research.
