The Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University organized an alumni talk by Mr. Ravi Ukawala, Project Manager, Resource Global Professionals, Elida Beauty (Ex-Unilever), on “Inside the Beauty Pipeline: From Lab to Launch” on 20 January 2026.
The session offered valuable industry insights into the journey of beauty products from research to market launch and was highly beneficial for B.Pharm Semester VI and Semester VII Cosmetic Science elective students. The talk was engaging, insightful, and enriched students’ understanding of real-world industry practices.
