📢 Alumni Talk at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University
We were pleased to host an engaging online alumni lecture for B.Pharm students on 2 April 2026 by our esteemed alumna Ashruti Jadvani (16BPH007), currently with STEMCELL Technologies, Canada.
Her talk, “Bridging Classical rDNA Concepts with Next-Generation Therapies: The Case of CAR-T Cells,” provided a clear progression from fundamental recombinant DNA concepts to advanced CAR-T cell therapy. The session covered design, mechanism, clinical relevance, and key challenges, offering valuable insights into modern immunotherapy.
The lecture effectively connected theory with real-world applications, inspiring students to explore emerging frontiers in biotechnology and precision medicine.
