The Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, organized an insightful expert lecture on “From Campus to Corporate: Explore R&D, Innovation & Key Pharma Areas, Master USFDA Expectations, and Crack Pharma MNC Job Interviews” on 22 October 2026 under the initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC-I).
The session was delivered by Dr. Yauvan Pancholi, CEO & Founder of PHARMEX, Ahmedabad. He shared practical insights into pharmaceutical research and development, innovation, key industry segments, and USFDA regulatory expectations. He also discussed career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector and strategies for successfully navigating job interviews with pharmaceutical multinational companies.
👩🎓 Around 60 M.Pharm. Semester I students participated in the session, gaining valuable industry-oriented knowledge to enhance their professional awareness and career readiness.
The lecture was organized and coordinated by Dr. Charmy Kothari, Coordinator, IQAC-I, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, as part of the Institute’s continued efforts to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and prepare students for professional careers.
