Mrs. Telgy James is currently working as Junior Office Superintendent at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University. She has more than 24 years of administrative experience and for the last 18 years she has been working in different capacity at Nirma University. She oversees the management of smooth functioning of the various matters. She also supports faculty, staff and students for executing various administrative activities of the Institute.

Dr. Virenderkumar Goswami is In-charge Librarian at Institute of Pharmacy. He has qualified GSET and NET in Library and Information Science . He has done PhD in Library and Information Science from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. He has over 15 years of experience as Librarian in various reputed institutes. He joined the Institute of Pharmacy in May 2011 as Assistant Librarian. He has attended various national and international seminars, workshops and conferences inside and outside of the Institute. He has various research papers and book chapters in reputed publications. He has delivered many lectures in the Orientation Programme and Research Workshop Programme to the students.
