Dr Jigar Shah has 13 years and 10 months of teaching and 8 months
of industrial experience. He is author and co-author of around 65 research and review papers presented at International and National conferences including International conferences at Washington DC, USA (2011), and at Vancouver, Canada (2016), with travel grants received from Indian Govt. Agencies like SERB, DST, and ICMR respectively. He received the “Best Presentation Award” at an International conference in Canada. He published 29 research and review papers in high impact factor Journals. He has written two book chapters, one on “Physicochemical characterization dependent toxicity of nanoparticles” in the book published by CRC Press, USA and second on “Delivery of biomolecules to the central nervous system using polysaccharide nanocomposite” in the book published by Taylor and Francis group. He successfully completed the research project sponsored by GUJCOST and received other research grants from Nirma University. He is a recognized PhD, PG Guide at Nirma University. His area of interest is Novel drug delivery systems. He is an academic editor and reviewer of the various reputed International Journals of Elsevier and Wiley. He is felicitated three times for “Outstanding Performance” for the year 2012, 2014 and 2017 during foundation day at Nirma University. He is a member of various international and national pharmacy societies like AAPS, CRS, IPA, APTI, ISTE, IPGA.
