About
Dr. Snehal S Patel, has 23.4 years of teaching, industrial and research experience. She has carried out many consultancy projects for pharmaceutical companies, institutes, hospitals, and allied industries. She has completed major research projects from SERB under the Fast Track Scheme for Young Scientists worth Rs. 27 lac and currently working on ICMR-DHR sponsored major research project worth Rs. 46 lac. She has also completed five minor research projects from GUJCOST, Research Society for Study for Diabetes In India and from nirma University as investigator. She has also worked as a co-investigator in two major research projects from the Ministry of AYUSH and from the Ministry of Atomic energy and in five interdisciplinary minor research projects supported by GUJCOST. She has published more than 110 research and review articles, 3 book chapters, and 2 books in international and national journals and publication houses of repute with a total impact factor more than 200 with h index of 26, and 2600 citations. She has worked as a Research Scientist at Sun Pharmaceutical Advanced Research Centre and as a Senior Research Fellow at Center for Advanced Cardiovascular and Diabetic Research at LMCP under AICTE. She has presented more than 37 papers at national and international conferences.
