The Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University organized an insightful expert lecture on “Integrity in Research: Ethics and Plagiarism in Scientific Writing” on 11 March 2026, under the initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC-I).
The session was delivered by Shri Manoj Kumar K., Director & Scientist-F, INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhinagar, who shared valuable insights on research ethics, academic integrity, plagiarism awareness, and responsible scientific writing.
The lecture was specially conducted for final-year B.Pharm and M.Pharm students, providing practical guidance on thesis writing, proper citation and referencing practices, and maintaining originality in research work.
The interactive session enabled students to better understand the importance of ethical research practices in their projects, dissertations, and future scientific publications.
👩‍🔬 Around 135 students actively participated in the session and benefited from the expert insights.
