Applications are invited from suitable eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University for full-time research on the project entitled “Fabrication of Valacyclovir nanotherapeutics for brain targeting through nose to brain delivery: An effective approach for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease” sponsored by Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), DST, Govt. of Gujarat under Research Support Scheme.

Duration of Project: 3 years
Fellowship: Rs. 36,000/- per month for first 2 years and Rs. 40,600/- per month for third year
Eligibility:
Essential: M. Pharm. (Pharmacology)/M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with minimum 55% aggregate
Desirable:
• GATE/GPAT qualified candidates with good academic record possessing experience in the area of molecular and cellular pharmacological studies
• Good oral and written communication skills
