The Women Development Cell, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, organized an Expert Talk by Dr. Anupama Ramkumar, Principal Consultant & CEO, Arkus Research Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, on 18th February 2026 under the GRC–SETU (Gender Resource Centre – Sustaining Equality Through Universities) Programme Grant.
Dr. Anupama captivated the audience with her inspiring and thought-provoking session on “Sthiram, Sukham Asanam – Decoding Ancient Wisdom for Health and Well-being in Modern Times.” The highly interactive talk emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, regular exercise, quality sleep, effective stress management, self-care, and making positive lifestyle choices for overall well-being.
