Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) had organized the One Day Seminar on Nano Drug Delivery (SNDD-2022)
The Department of Pharmaceutics, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University in association with the Centre for Advanced Instrumentation (CAI) and Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) had organized the One Day Seminar on Nano Drug Delivery (SNDD-2022) through a virtual platform on 29th January 2022 (Saturday), whereby about 120+ Delegates participated from various pharmacy institutes Gujarat and outside Gujarat. The objective of this seminar is to provide theoretical concepts of particle size engineering, methodology and applications of equipment for formulation development of various Nano-drug delivery systems as well as a virtual demonstration of equipment like High-Pressure Homogenizer (HPH) and Particle Size Analyzer (PSA). Prof. S P Vyas (Former Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar) was the Chief Guest for the Inaugural function. Seminar was comprised of Five Technical talks from eminent resource person – i.e. Dr. Sanjula Baboota (Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi), Dr. Saurabh Srivastava (NIPER, Hyderabad), Dr. Vikas Jain (JSS, Mysuru), Dr. Namrata Jain (Horiba, New Delhi) and Mr. Srinivasa Reddy (Inkarp, Mumbai). Prof. Tejal Mehta, Dr. Hardik Bhatt, Dr. Dhaivat Parikh, and Dr. Mohit Shah co-ordinated the event.
