We were privileged to host an enlightening expert lecture by Dr. Yashvant V. Pathak, Professor and Associate Dean at USF Health Taneja College of Pharmacy, for an insightful lecture on “Back to Square One: A Passage Towards Precision Medicine” on 16th December 2024.
Dr. Pathak shared groundbreaking advancements in precision medicine, highlighting the role of genetic profiling in personalized treatments and the future of therapies like gene therapy and CAR-T cell therapy. He also proposed integrating Pharmacogenomics, Bioinformatics, and Stratified Medicines into pharmacy education.
