Prof. Priti Mehta (Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University) received Inter-disciplinary Research Project entitled ‘Evaluation of Radioprotective potential of Medicinally important Indian Bamboo Plants in Cancer’ worth of Rs 42,12,250 from Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi.
Dr Sonal Bakshi (Institute of Science) and Dr Snehal Patel (Institute of Pharmacy) are Co-investigators of the project.
This is first government funded interdisciplinary research project of Nirma University.
