The Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, organized a comprehensive one-day training program on ISO 21001:2018 Awareness on October 18, 2024, as part of an IQAC initiative for all faculty and staff members. The training was conducted by Mr. Ankit Patel, an experienced ISO trainer from Vidhi Consultancy, and aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of ISO 21001:2018 standards for educational organizations.
The session covered key aspects of the standard, with in-depth discussions on various clauses, including the Context of the Organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement. Mr. Patel actively engaged participants through practical exercises and group activities, focusing on quality management and risk assessment to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the institute.
