This will be first interdisciplinary research facility to be developed in the campus of Nirma University which will be funded by Government of India.
Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi, under DPRP scheme, has sanctioned financial support of Rs 50 million to develop this facility.
The facility will provide platform to budding scientists, small/medium scale industries and researchers to get access to high end instruments for analytical and biological characterization of novel bio-therapeutics and biosimilars as well as to get updated pharmaceutical regulatory requirements for biosimilars.
