The Department of Pharmaceutics, Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, in collaboration with CCE and CAI, successfully organized a One-day Seminar-cum-Workshop on “Nano Drug Delivery (SNDD – 2025)” on October 10, 2025.
Dr. Prigneshkumar S. Patel (Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd.) delivered the keynote address on “Role of Nanotechnology in the Delivery of Therapeutic Proteins and Peptides,” followed by a technical session by Mr. Sunil Patil (Inkarp Instruments) on “Applications of High-Pressure Homogenizer (HPH) in Pharmaceutical Industries.”
Participants engaged in hands-on demonstrations of advanced instruments including the High-Pressure Homogenizer, Particle Size Analyzer, Texture Analyzer, 3D Printer, and Electrospinning Unit, gaining practical exposure to nano drug formulation and characterization.
With over 95 participants from 16 reputed institutes across Gujarat, the event reflected growing interest in nanotechnology-driven pharmaceutical research.
