IPNU successfully organized Pharmathon 2026, coordinated by NIPSA, on 27 January 2026 at the Nirma University campus, centered on the important theme of Antibiotic Stewardship.
The event aimed to sensitize students and the university community about the rational use of antibiotics and to highlight the growing global threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Through meaningful discussions and interactive participation, the initiative reinforced the critical role of future healthcare professionals in promoting responsible antibiotic practices.
As part of the theme-based activities, a Poster Making Competition was conducted to foster awareness through creativity, scientific insight, and impactful communication. Several undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) Pharmacy students actively participated in the competition. The top five posters were selected for prizes based on their scientific content, creativity, and relevance to the theme.
