Sports Awards Ceremony 2024–25 held at Nirma University
The Institute of Pharmacy, under the aegis of the Student Welfare Board, Nirma University, organized the Sports Awards Ceremony 2024–25 on Friday, 18 April 2025, at the C Auditorium, Block – C. The event aimed to recognize and felicitate students, faculty, and staff members who delivered exceptional performances and secured first or second positions in various inter-institutional team and individual sports competitions during the academic year 2024–25.
The Director of the Institute of Pharmacy and Chairman of the Sports Committee (2024–25) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He was joined by the Chief Coordinator of Student Welfare Activities, the Overall Event Coordinator of the Sports Committee, Faculty Sports Coordinators from various institutes, and a vibrant gathering of participants and supporters.
In his address, the Chief Guest extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and participants. He wished them success in their future endeavors and highlighted the pivotal role of sports and holistic development in shaping a well-rounded student life.
Winners were honoured with trophies and medals, while all participants received certificates of appreciation in recognition of their spirited involvement and contributions.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Programme Coordinator, followed by the National Anthem. The event truly embodied the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and holistic student development at Nirma University.
