The students of the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University celebrated Teachers’ Day on 5th September 2023 in a grand manner. The event was one of its kind and was celebrated with heart-warming zeal. On this occasion, various students of BPharm, MPharm, and PhD enacted the role of teachers by conducting academic sessions of PharmD (First year), BPharm (Sem V and Sem VII), and MPharm in the morning. In the afternoon session, the students arranged a special programme for the teaching and non-teaching staff members. Some interesting games like ‘Guess the faculty’, ‘Who is more likely’, ‘Actor Trademark mimicry’, tongue twister, etc. were organized by the students for the teaching and the non-teaching staff. In addition to this, the faculties enjoyed the events of ‘Guess the drug name’, ‘Pictionary quiz’, ‘Debate’, the ‘faculty memes’, and a wonderful poem recitation. Prof. Gopal Natesan, Director, IPNU, Prof. Neelima Chauhan, Professor University of Illinois, Chicago, and all the teaching & non-teaching staff of IPNU attended the function and actively participated in the events. The celebration ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. Shruti Rawal, Coordinator of the entire event.
