Teachers’ Day Celebration 2024 at the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University
The Teachers’ Day celebration on September 5, 2024, at the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, was a splendid affair, filled with enthusiasm and a unique charm. During the event, students from various academic levels, including BPharm, MPharm, and PhD, assumed the role of educators, leading academic sessions for PharmD and BPharm students in the morning session. In the afternoon, a special program was organized by the students to honor both the teaching and non-teaching staff members.
The students arranged several engaging activities, such as a debate titled “Traditional Teaching vs. Blended Learning” between faculty members, “Balloon Cup Stacking,” “Quizzes,” tongue twisters, “Faculty Memes,” and a captivating poem recitation, among others, for both teaching and non-teaching staff. The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Gopal Natesan, Director of the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, and all teaching and non-teaching staff, who actively participated in the activities.
The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Bhagwati Saxena, the event coordinator.
