Campus to Career: Mock Interview, GD & Professional Readiness
The Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University successfully organized a 3-hour interactive workshop titled “Campus to Career: Mock Interview, Group Discussion & Professional Readiness” for B.Pharm Final Semester students on 20th December 2025.
The session was expertly led by Dr. Heena Ranch and focused on enhancing students’ preparedness for campus placements and higher studies. Key areas covered included Group Discussion strategies, Personal Interview skills, professional communication, and workplace etiquette, complemented by live GD and mock interview sessions.
The workshop provided students with practical insights, confidence-building opportunities, and real-world exposure to current industry expectations, empowering them to transition smoothly from campus to professional careers.
